An easy to follow programme (in video format) to help you condition for the demands of the modern game.
All you need is an area to run and 4 cones/markers.
This programme will help you condition two of the main muscles groups used in football - the hamstrings and the quads. Both muscle groups play a vital role in Acceleration, Sprinting, Deceleration and Change of Direction.
Sessions have been carefully designed by a professional Strength and Conditioning coach with over 10 years experience.
