The Website Administration subscription gives you a piece of mind of not having to deal with the technical stuff and the back-end of your website so you can focus on your business. The service includes: (a) Unlimited email support for any questions about the website; (b) Advice about periodic website modifications should this be required; (c) Minor changes and modifications such as adding photos, updating old photos with new photos, changing font, editing copywriting as required, changing times of operation, adding team member, and other such minor administrative tasks; (d) Plugin updates as needed. What this plan does not include is a major website upgrades. Examples: (a) If you want to add a chatbot to the website such as outlined in chatbotsites.com, this is a major upgrade, and is not included in the subscription. (b) If you want to get the website ranking for SEO, this is a whole service that will need to be quoted for separately. (c) Setting up FB marketing and re-marketing campaigns. Note: Discounts may apply for these future service if required, for being an existing customer.
