Part two uses your dominant signal as a direct bridge to connect with your loved one. Through guided exercises you will open the channel to your loved one specifically. You will learn how they are reaching you, how to receive what they are sending, and how to communicate back.

I’ve made an extensive detailed video on my personal experience and hope it gets posted for everyone to see themselves ❤️ ; but to keep it concise — it was definitely worth it. The workbook needs to be printed and it’s a good amount of pages (almost 30 I believe) I would say to not rush through it and really take in all the details Alex lays out for you to mentally and spiritually be at ease and take every step of direction she gives for the full experience. I would also suggest to do it when you have an evening or long amount of time to really allow yourself in the experience so nothing feels rushed or underwhelming. Grounding yourself is important for this experience. My only thing I wish I had was an audio version of this workbook since I prefer to listen to instructions more than reading; but i’m sure Alex will come up it! ❤️ Thank you Alex for allowing me to connect with my grandparents and showing me that it’s possible to connect — NEVER IN MY LIFE did I think it was possible!! seriously.

Your Direct Line To Heaven

I didn't know what to expect with the Direct Line to Heaven workbook, but as I began working through the exercises, I started to feel a calming and peaceful sensation. I discovered that out of the four intuitive signals, my strongest one was clairaudience. Clairsentience was a close second. I was able to channel my dad's voice with phrases and sayings he used to always say. Hearing his Donald Duck imitation made me smile. I miss him very much and have always worried about how it felt for him in the end (the amount of pain and suffering), when I suddenly heard a strong STOP! I cried, but I took this as a sign from him that he is fine and in a better place and wanted me to stop wondering about this. It was truly very reassuring.

I'm not quite sure if the workbook was meant to be done all at once, but I took 4-5 days to complete it. For me, doing one section at a time also gave me the time to think deeply about each section. It was a form of meditation for me. It felt as if my soul/spirit were speaking directly to me. If my experience resonates with you, then I highly recommend this workbook. It is very encouraging and consoling at the same time.

Journey of inner healing and grief

This work book was a very powerful tool in helping my journey along to the next phase I have always struggled with trusting my intuition even when I knew what I was "feeling" and just "knowing" those are my Domaint signals. I have struggled with the loss of my father and feeling cheated from having a successful healthy relationship with him ever since I was a child this has definitely impacted my life as an adolescent and even now as an adult with 2 children. I really need to be able to sit with these hard emotions and feelings of grief and loss and being able to connect to my father in ways I haven't for a long time the letter part of this work book was a very moving and healing part for me because I was able to write down everything I have always wanted to say to him and explain how he made me feel as a child and adolescent as well as how it has affected my life and relationships. And to be able to visualize what he would say to me now as a healed man was very healing for me because I know my father loved me he just truly didnt know what love really was and how to express it with me. I highly recommend this work book to anyone who has ever felt like they didnt know which way to go, anyone who is struggling with the loss of a relationship whether it be family, friends or is just stuck in a phase of healing and needs to let go. Im so greatful for the opportunity to be apart of this amazing journey and to be able to continue on my healing journey with the help of all my ancestors who have gone before me.
