Excellent material paired with excellent delivery

The communication session was probably the part of the course that landed most deeply for me.

I considered myself a good communicator, but I learned that I can sometimes be aggressive rather than assertive, particularly when I’m frustrated. Understanding the difference was a major shift and helped me recognise how the way I express myself can either strengthen or threaten the emotional intimacy I desire in my marriage.

I also found the reframing of resentment particularly empowering; learning to see it as a signal to first examine within myself before bringing it to my husband.

We left with practical tools that we can genuinely use in our day-to-day lives as a couple. I’d highly recommend this course to any couple looking to communicate better and build a stronger, more emotionally intimate relationship.
