Test of Everyday Attention (TEA) AutoScoring Template

This is an Excel Template for scoring the Test of Everyday Attention (TEA) quickly and accurately. Just enter the patient's date of birth, raw scores test date, version letter and the template will automatically calculate the scaled scores and percentiles. The test will also help with quickly scoring the Visual Elevators subtest. The template can be used with version A and version B of the TEA. This product should only be purchased by clinicians.
