Holyrood Hooded Scarf #714
The scarf is worked first, then stitches are picked up for the hood and worked to the crown, where the two halves are joined using 3-needle BO.
The hood is intended to be voluminous to completely protect your head and face from foul weather. If you prefer a shorter hood, consider working the Diamond Pattern in the Main Section twice rather than 3 times; this will reduce the height by approximately 3.25".
The stitch pattern is presented in both written and charted formats.
