Advent Wreath Weekly Candle Lighting Prayers

Advent Candle Prayers

Inspired by the Godly Play Advent Lesson

See below for pricing for congregations

A wreath, a match, four weeks of waiting. This simple liturgy walks your household or congregation through the prophets, the Holy Family, the shepherds, and the Wise Men, each week paired with a short reflection and a question worth sitting with.

Written for the way real families actually gather: distracted, tired, hopeful anyway. No liturgical training required, just a candle and a little quiet.

Includes opening and closing prayers, a reading for each week of Advent plus Christmas, and reflection prompts for all ages. Reusable year after year.

In him, we will be made new.
