The Candlestick Bundle — 10 Guides, Every Claim Measured

Every candlestick course tells you the same things. The hammer is a bullish reversal. The shooting star means sellers rejected the highs. Engulfing candles show a shift in control. Three black crows mean the trend is over.

Almost none of them tell you how often. And none of them tells you what "a long wick" or "two equal highs" actually means as a number - which is the part that decides the answer.

This bundle is ten complete guides, 389 pages, and every headline in it was measured across 35,944 bars of real market history on ten instruments and three timeframes before it was written down.

WHAT THE MEASUREMENT FOUND

• 18 direction tests. About 21,171 cases. One survivor - and it points the OPPOSITE way to the reversal it is supposed to signal.
• - Three results cleared the bar almost every published study uses. All three failed the simplest possible check: does the opposite end of the same pattern move with it? Not once, in three tries.
• - Every figure carries a control. The market drifted over the sample, so a random bar already won the bullish race 48.11% of the time and the bearish race 51.89%. Nothing in these guides is quoted against fifty, which is why the numbers look different from the ones you have read.

THE PARAMETER NOBODY PRINTS

• "Two equal highs" - how equal? Across the range people actually use, the tweezer count moves 34-fold, from 1,318 to 45,080 on identical bars.
• - "A small body" - how small? The doji count moves 8-fold.
• - "A long wick" - how long? 2.9-fold.
• - "An inside bar" - inside the range, or inside the body? Two different lists, 7,022 and 6,546, sharing only 2,716.

None of those numbers is stated in any source, and each one decides what you find.

AND TWO FLATTERING NUMBERS WERE THROWN AWAY

The largest edge this study produced was +7.84 points, on the white marubozu. It is in the last guide, and the guide explains why it means nothing: 252 cases, and its mirror shows -1.44. The tweezer bottom cleared the conventional bar too, and died the same way. A series that never discards anything has not measured anything.

These are clues, not crystal balls. This bundle contains no win-rates, no backtest results and no promises about what you will make, because nobody can verify those and you should not trust anyone who prints them. It also does not claim candlesticks are worthless - what a candle records about where price traded is exact, and several of these guides are built on that.
