Learning To Breathe Again is a gentle grief journal created for anyone living with loss and remembrance.
I created this journal because I’ve been through a lot myself and I know how heavy grief can feel. I know what it’s like to wake up missing someone, to carry love and pain at the same time, and to not always have the words for it. This journal is something I wish I had during my own healing.
Inside, you’ll find soft prompts, reflection pages, and affirmations meant to help you release emotions, honor your loved ones, and move at your own pace. There is no pressure to “ heal “ or move on only space to breathe, remember, and feel.
Use this journal in whatever way feels right for you. Come back to it when you need. Grief doesn’t disappear, but you don’t have to carry it alone.
