A must read for health.

I have been vegan for a number of years. Switching to vegan has eliminated a couple of health issues I was facing. After listening to a couple of podcasts, I purchased this book. Wow! Amazing. It’s given me all the tools to switch up a raw vegan diet. It’s very informative. I highly recommend tit to anyone seeking a health and environmentally conscious way of life.
