Yes. Open the app → File → License → Deactivate — that clears the license locally so you can activate on the new machine. If you hit the activation limit, email support@cuealchemy.com with your

Your projects stay yours forever. The app still opens and lets you inspect existing shows. Triggering new cues requires an active subscription. Resubscribe anytime to restore full function
instantly.
Q: Is there a free trial?
Yes — a 30-day full-feature trial is built into the app. No card required, no feature restrictions. After trial you'll need a subscription key to continue triggering cues.
Q: What file formats are supported?
WAV, MP3, FLAC, OGG, AAC, WMA, M4A. Any format NAudio can decode natively.
Q: Does it work offline?
Yes, during shows. The app requires internet for initial license activation, and re-verifies every 30 days. If you lose internet, you have a 3-day grace period before the app requires
re-verification.
Q: Can I use it on multiple computers at once?
One license = one active machine. For multi-machine setups (e.g., redundant backup rig), contact support@cuealchemy.com for a bulk discount.
