About the Course

Breathe Well, Feel Well is a gentle and accessible breathing course designed to help you slow down, release stress, and feel calmer, clearer, and more balanced in everyday life.


The course is made up of four recorded sessions, originally taught live as a weekly class. You can move through the four parts in your own time and return to the practices whenever you need them.

Breathe for Balance

Your breath is your greatest tool for balance, calm and well-being - yet most of us spend our days barely aware of it.


Each video introduces simple, practical breathing techniques that can easily be used in everyday situations, such as:

  • when you feel overwhelmed or anxious
  • when you have a headache
  • when you need more energy or focus
  • walking the dog
  • sitting on the bus or in the car
  • at the dentist

These are gentle, natural practices that can be used anywhere, without special equipment or experience.

What You'll Learn

Across the four parts of the course, you’ll be guided through breathing practices that can help to:


  • calm the nervous system and ease stress
  • reduce overwhelm and mental busyness
  • support emotional balance
  • improve sleep quality and focus
  • release jaw, face, and sinus tension

Each session stands alone while also building on the previous one - allowing you to revisit individual parts whenever you need support.
