Want to start running but worried about injury or keeping going? This course will help you get started with the basics of a training plan as well as work on your posture, include some strength training to help prevent injury, and some helpful stretches to support better recovery. 


Lesley Waldron has been coaching beginner runners since 2014 and has been encouraging to build a running habit that suits them and their lifestyle. This course is based on her hugely popular and effective beginner running workshop helping you build good posture, warm up, and strength training habits to keep you going!

Course curriculum

Each week you'll be given a new set of running intervals to experiment with, as well as some key exercises and pointers for your posture and pace to keep you running strong. The course covers core strength, leg strength, posture, warm up and cool down exercises with videos to follow along as well as PDF downloads to support your running journey.
