I've been wanting to purchase his cook book for a while and his recipes are fantastic. The book is super simple and easy to follow. They have QR codes that take you to his IG so you can get a better sense of how to prep and cook the recipe. I'm tired of doing diets that don't have soul. Thanks for the recipes.

best cook book i ever owned

Chuy’s recipes are great! They’re easy to follow and use only the most authentic ingredients in Mexican food. Food is what the Mexican culture bonds over. This is a great way to show people and our parents how to serve moderate portions of the food that always tastes so good. Great job, Chuy!

Honestly, just a great recipe book! This book allows me to make my favorite recipes without compromising flavor for calories! Love it!

I was expecting way more recipes based on the price tag. Each recipe just links back to his IG video and the ingredients in the cookbook aren’t always the same as his IG videos. A lot of his IG recipes aren’t even included. I really hope this file will be updated with the new recipes he is advertising on IG. I also noticed some of the recipes don’t have the macros listed at the end so a lot of inconsistencies. Overall, purchasing this cookbook was more so beneficial to supporting the creator rather than exclusive recipes for the buyer. I would love to recommend this cookbook to my friends and family as I am constantly directing them to his IG for recipes but as is, I cannot recommend they purchase this. I have printed out copies using the booklet setting and the format is not great because the images don’t line up like other cookbooks I have printed previously. Overall, a few tweaks and this could be a great purchase for future fans!
