Here you will learn a little about us. My name is Mariano Amarro I was born on St. Thomas Virgin Islands and raised in St. John USVI on March 03,1970. My beautiful fiancé Evadney Griffth born on the island of St. Croix USVI Virgin Islands, on June 09,1973. We met each other on Facebook, Yes Facebook. We later realized it was destine by God for us to meet this way. I reach out to Evadney a year before and she let me know that is a year later she then responded to me. We started talking and realized we both loved the same things. We both made our food recipes in a similar way. We both was in shock even though our islands did certain recipes in a different way we still had a lot of similarities when it comes to cooking the different styles of food. Evadney and I love to cook and we try different recipes. Some of these recipes are Puerto Rican/Hispanics food and they are also part of our culture as well. We made this page because many people were requesting we write our recipes and sell them because they saw us cooking live on Facebook or YouTube and some are repeated customers that enjoy our food. We are known for making Pates, Johnny Cakes, Conch with spinach, veggie stew chunks,Brown rice, Quinoa, Fish, Peas,. Chicken soup & Freshly made hot Butter Bread. Our recipes will include season rice, mac n' cheese, peas soup. BBQ chicken, sweet potato stuffing , Potato Salad, Coleslaw. Bull foot Soup, Goat water also known as Manish water, Some will say goat water is great to strengthen a man manhood ,Stew Salt fish, Johnny cake also known as fry dumplings, Vienna Cake, Boil dumplings, Steam Fish, Stew Fish, Butter Bread, Meat loaf, Fried chicken ,fried fish, Varity of vegetarian dishes and more.
