1:2:1 Coaching Options

You will receive an initial 90 minute session designed to uncover exactly what you want to achieve from your sessions and to identify why this is so important to you. We will set up a coaching contract which agrees expectations and the approach / format of the process.
At the end of this session you will have established a well formed outcome that will guide our work. It will also enable me to establish how best you work and the style of coaching most effective for the way you learn and process information.
This is followed by 5 x 75 minute focussed sessions taking you closer to and beyond your goals. Each session will begin with a sense check to ensure you are happy with the goals and direction, often these can change as other things are unlocked along the way.
Each session will end with a commitment from you for the coming week, based on the goals and learning from the session.

I believe in making my services as accessible as possible and as such I offer three payment plans for you, (see below), choose the one that best matches your circumstances and needs.
What can I expect from a coaching session?
Every coaching session is unique and driven by you, your thoughts, yours concerns, the action you want to take, guided by me as your personal coach.
The first part of the session will include some form of relaxation; a way to close the door on the external noise and interference and so we can both be fully present and engaged in the session. This is your time, just for you.
Together we will agree the area you wish to focus on for that session and I will use a range of questioning and techniques to elicit from you exactly what you want and need from the session and why this is important to you.
Once we have an outcome in mind, I will use a range of questions, coaching techniques and Neuro-Linguistic Programming, I will guide you to explore your solutions on a much deeper level; using knowledge, skills and resources that your have stored consciously and unconsciously to create a plan forward. I will challenge your thought processes and beliefs to open up new solutions and new possibilities and I will support you to identify the steps necessary to achieve your outcome. Throughout this process I will also equip you with strategies and tools for you to take away and use towards your goal and to improve all aspects of your life.
Finally we will end the session consolidating your learning and ensuring you have your next steps planned and are committed to taking them.
It's a good idea to have a notepad handy so you can take notes during the session and i will give you time during the session to ensure you have what you need.
Every coaching session is different and quite often where we start is not where we end up. What is certain though is you will experience REAL POSITIVE CHANGE IN EVERY SESSION, you cannot not be changed by the very processes we go through.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often do we have the coaching sessions together?
I'd always recommend having session one and two within a week of each other, and the remaining weeks can be negotiated on a timeline that works best for you. Ideally all sessions should be used within 6 months to ensure momentum is sustained and learning consolidated.
How does appointment scheduling work?
When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.
What can I expect in a session?
At the start of each session we will agree a focus, I will then use a mixture of questioning and techniques routed in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, to support you to address and remove any barriers and blocks to moving forward. This is you time and your session so we will work together to establish the most effective techniques for you to maximise the impact of our work together.
Does it work?
Absolutely, as with anything in life, the more you put into a coaching session, the more you will take away from it, I will be challenging you, I will be asking questions you might never have been asked before, I will be leading you through techniques of change that may be unfamiliar and sometimes it will feel uncomfortable. Uncomfortable is good, that's where real change happens and that is why it is important to me that we connect, that we respect each other and that you trust in me as your coach.
