The story of the Cafarelli surname: the nickname Cafaro and two readings of its meaning, the first records as early as the 1600s from Bologna to Sorrento, the family with fiefs in Sicily and its branches in nearby towns, the Abruzzo towns where the name is still at home, the map of the families in Italy and around the world, and an honest page on the coat of arms.

At the end, a family tree to fill in and a surname scroll to print.
