One Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Coaching Session (click for details and instructions for scheduling)

This is a one 50 minute Narcissistic Abuse Recovery Session is available to anyone who would like help with a specific topic, has a specific question or would like some guidance in understanding Narcissistic Abuse or certain aspects of it.  Many times a victim of Narcissistic Abuse prefer to have just one session for specific questions or concerns.  This package is for you.  This session will be conducted face to face over zoom unless you would prefer to conduct the session over the phone.  You will receive a copy of my PDF that explains what personality traits a target for Narcissistic Abuse possess, how the Narcissist operates and how to protect yourself in the future.  You will also gain access to the private Facebook group where you can gain support from other victims and survivors of Narcissistic Abuse.

I also will compile a follow up email to you after our first session that will include additional reasources and materials based on the specifics of your circumstances.  This will include book recommendations, worksheet attachments that explain specific abuse tactics I feel you have been subjected to, among other things that I believe will help your healing journey.
