Plugin-Kontakt-Software Tracker

Do you have a lot of Plugins/Modules/Applications? Have you ever stumbled across a plugin that you forgot you had? Have you ever tried to find something you know you have, but you forgot the name of it? Have you ever had a desire to cleanup and remove plugins you did not like/want anymore? Well me too. That is why I decided to take on the task of cataloging what I had. It started out with just plugins, but it quickly grew to incorporate Kontakt instruments and Decent Sampler instruments and Sample Packs and Utility Apps.....you get the idea.

This is a simple spreadsheet which can easily be translated to Google Sheets, Excel, or your tool of choice. There was no extensive testing in other spreadsheets, so YMMV. It is pretty simple, with a main tab for the database, and a Data Validation tab. On the Main Tab, the first row is essentially column headers. Their names begin with "00" just so that sorting by column keeps them at the top, but you can change any of this as you see fit. Every column can be filtered. If you look at the comments of this header cell, you will see the intended purpose for that column and some guidance on how I used it. The data validation tab is metioned in several of those comments, but basically it controls what appears in the columns with dropdowns. Items can all be changed or new ones added.

I have included some items in the database as demo/starter entries. Rankings, statuses, and dates are all fictitious, solely intended to give you enough data to play around. Feel free to use them for playing around, and/or delete them once you are up and running.
