We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of using or handling purchased items. This includes, but is not limited to, minor or serious injuries such as cuts, including paper cuts or injuries caused by any product sold.

Customers are expected to use all items in a safe and appropriate manner. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to exercise caution and proper judgment when handling products.

We have the legal right to Cancel any order that’s not Verified by Name or Address

Non Verification of full Name for Insurance reasons will impose responsible of not being covered by USPS

Our Policy states No Refund , No Return once Purchased unless No Verification of Legal Name or address for Insurance to Protect our Company .

We will also cancel if we can not fulfill the order . 

Policy ; Any Lost stolen or damaged, Packages including Contents, is not the responsibility of Bella Vintage Notebook once they’re shipped out. USPS is responsible for $100. If you do not pay for extra insurance on your package sent out the rest of your package will not be covered by USPS or Bella Vintage Notebook
