Summer Sweetness

The Summer Sweetness pattern is a charted slip-stitch mosaic pattern consisting of an 8-stitch repeat. The sock pattern is written for toe-up socks using magic loop with an afterthought heel; however, the pattern can be converted into a cuff-down pattern knit on magic loop and the heel can be substituted.

The pattern is written for the sock knitter who has familiarity with the construction of a sock but has not attempted to introduce colorwork to a sock pattern.

The pattern is written for three sizes, stitch count for the smallest size will be outside of the parenthesis, the medium size will be the first value inside of the parenthesis, and the large value will be the second value inside the parenthesis. Example: S (M, L)

Yarn: Fingering weight yarn (2) 40-gram skein of both colors and 1-10 g skein of the 3rd color. If you choose to use 2 colors, (2) 50-gram skeins of yarn can be used.

Needles: US Size 1 [2.25mm] or any size needle needed to meet gauge requirements for the pattern. The pattern is written for the Magic Loop Method and a cord length of 32” or greater is recommended.
