Venation Hat
Venation is a stranded colourwork hat (with double brim) constructed by twisting stitches and colours to create a beautiful pattern effect.
Venation is the name for veins in an insect wing or leaf, and this pattern fits in perfectly.
The pattern needs a fair amount of concentration to remember which colour twists in each direction but once you have that down you can be happy away. There is also a YouTube video to help here. (this is also linked in the pattern)
