Marissa was a curvy, confident BBW woman who loved her chunky boyfriend Barry with all her heart. They had been dating for a year now and their relationship was hot and heavy.

One day, Marissa discovered an intriguing app that promised to shrink the user down to a tiny size. Intrigued, she downloaded it, eager to try it out.

"Barry, honey! You've got to try this new app I found," Marissa gushed, showing him her phone. "It says it can shrink us down to teeny tiny size!"

Barry, being the lovable goofball that he was, didn't hesitate. "Let's do it! How cool would that be?"

They both pressed the "Shrink" button simultaneously. In a flash of blinding light, they felt themselves rapidly shrinking down, down, down until the room was enormous around them. Marissa let out a delighted squeal as she looked around in wonder.

"This is amazing!" she exclaimed. "We're so small, everything's like a whole different world!"

Barry chuckled, coming to stand beside her. "I feel like we're in a cartoon or something! Let's explore!"

Hand in hand, the tiny couple set off through their now giant home, marveling at the humongous books, the towering furniture, the sheer immensity of it all. It was exhilarating to be so small.

After hours of gleeful exploration, tiring themselves out, Marissa suddenly remembered. "Oh no, Barry! My sister Lisa is coming over today for lunch. Quick, let's hide until she leaves!"

They scurried off to hide under the couch, holding their breath and hoping not to be seen. Soon, the sound of a key in the lock announced Lisa's arrival. Heavy footsteps clomped into the apartment.

Marissa barely restrained a squeal of delight. She couldn't wait until her sister left so she could surprise her with their amazing story of miniaturized adventure. The couple waited in tense silence.

Suddenly, Lisa's foot came down RIGHT NEXT TO Barry, mere millimeters away. Marissa's heart leaped into her throat. She reached for him as the massive sole turned...and came down directly on top of Barry with a sickening crunch.

Marissa screamed, watching in horror as a dark red smear slid out from beneath her sister's shoe. Barry was gone, crushed to a smear beneath Lisa's carelessly place foot. She sobbed hysterically, crumpling to the floor beside her lover's remains.

This couldn't be happening. Barry was dead, her beautiful boyfriend destroyed by one wrong step, and all because of her foolhardy whim to try out a shrink app.

Marissa didn't even notice when Lisa left hours later, still sobbing beside Barry's crushed body. Her careless actions had doomed him. She would have to live forever with the guilt of his death weighing on her soul. If only she had never downloaded that app...
