WHAT THE HELL AM I SUPPOSED TO EAT?

The simple, no-BS real-food guide for people who are tired of being confused about what to eat.

You've probably heard it all.

Eat keto.

Go vegan.

Don't eat carbs.

Eat more carbs.

Don't eat meat.

Eat more meat.

Count your calories.

Don't count calories.

And somehow, after all of that…

You still don't know what to put in your grocery cart.

That's exactly why I created this guide.

STOP GUESSING WHAT TO EAT.

If you're working on your gut health, trying to clean up your diet, going through one of my coaching programs, or you simply want to start eating better…

you don't need another complicated diet.

You need to know:

What foods should I actually buy?

What should I put on my plate?

What foods should I minimize?

What should I look for when I'm standing in the grocery store?

And most importantly…

How do I make this simple enough that I can actually stick with it?

That's what this guide was designed to answer.

THE MISSING PIECE ISN'T ANOTHER DIET.

It's knowing how to build your diet around real food.

My approach is incredibly simple:

Eat real food.

Build your meals around quality protein, vegetables, whole-food carbohydrates, healthy fats, nuts, seeds and fruit.

Minimize the highly processed foods that have become such a huge part of the modern food supply.

And stop making healthy eating harder than it needs to be.

WHAT'S ACTUALLY INSIDE?

This isn't a 100-page nutrition textbook.

It's a simple reference guide you can actually use.

You'll get:

🥩 THE FOODS TO EAT

A practical list of real-food proteins, vegetables, fruits, carbohydrates, nuts, seeds and healthy fats that you can actually find at your local grocery store.

🛒 THE GROCERY STORE APPROACH

You don't need specialty health-food stores or expensive ingredients.

I'll show you the types of foods I recommend looking for when you're doing your normal grocery shopping.

🍽️ HOW TO BUILD A MEAL

A simple framework for putting protein, vegetables, carbohydrates and healthy fats together without turning your life into a calorie-counting spreadsheet.

🚫 THE FOODS TO MINIMIZE

A straightforward list of the heavily processed foods, processed sugars, fried foods, processed meats, seed-oil-heavy foods and other foods I recommend keeping to a minimum.

🌱 HOW TO THINK ABOUT FOOD QUALITY

Organic?

Grass-fed?

Grass-finished?

Pasture-raised?

Wild-caught?

I'll help you understand where I prefer higher-quality options when they're practical and affordable—without making you feel like you need to spend $300 at a specialty grocery store every week.

🍳 SIMPLE FOOD IDEAS

Because knowing that chicken is “healthy” doesn't help much when you're standing in your kitchen wondering:

“Okay… what the hell do I actually do with it?”

You'll get simple, realistic ideas for putting these foods together.

THIS IS NOT ANOTHER EXTREME DIET.

I'm not telling you to eliminate every carbohydrate.

I'm not telling you to starve yourself.

I'm not telling you to count every calorie.

I'm not telling you that one imperfect meal destroys your progress.

And I'm definitely not telling you that you need to eat some ridiculous combination of foods that you'll never want to eat again.

I want you to eat real food that tastes good.

Because here's something people forget:

If your food tastes terrible, you're probably not going to stick with it.

Use your spices.

Use your herbs.

Change how you prepare your food.

Pan-sear it.

Bake it.

Grill it.

Make a burger.

Make a bowl.

Make it taste good.

And yes…

It's completely okay to eat the same foods over and over.

You don't need 47 different dinner recipes.

Find foods you enjoy.

Rotate your vegetables.

Change your seasonings.

Change your preparation.

Keep it simple enough that you can actually do it.

AND NO, YOU DON'T HAVE TO BUY EVERYTHING ORGANIC.

This is something I wanted to make very clear.

I'd love for you to choose organic, pasture-raised, grass-fed/grass-finished and wild-caught options when possible.

But I don't want someone on a budget thinking:

“Well, I can't afford grass-fed steak, so I guess eating healthy isn't for me.”

No.

Buy the best quality you can reasonably afford.

Eat the vegetables.

Buy the chicken.

Buy the eggs.

Buy the ground beef.

Use frozen vegetables.

Do the best you can with what you have.

Perfect isn't the goal.

Better is the goal.

THE REAL GOAL

I don't want you dependent on this guide forever.

I want you to eventually look at a grocery store and understand food for yourself.

You should be able to look at a package and recognize when something is heavily processed.

You should be able to look at a piece of meat and understand how it fits into your meal.

You should know how to combine protein, vegetables, carbohydrates and fats.

You should understand that eating healthy doesn't mean eating perfectly.

You should know what to eat without having to ask somebody every time.

That's the goal.
