meet spice! a sweet gal that is strongly invested in her community! She helps run the city in planning, public activities, and local laws and over all a moral booster! Her FAVORITE part of the job is decorating!! Since she has free reign to decorate the city how she pleases. The city ends up looking like a perfect Halloween night, Every night! And this town is looking for new members.. Do you want to join her in her Spooky city?

this avatar was also made possible due to me needing to teach how to make avatars!! :D
