This is the Pro Edition of DiagnosticLink™, the professional diagnostic software for Detroit™ and Freightliner™ vehicles. It allows you to:
- View ECU information
- Read and clear fault codes
- Monitor live data
- Perform service routines
- Force DPF regenerations
- Adjust parameters (speed limit, etc)
- Access backdoor functions
With the Pro Edition, you can perform all dealer-level diagnostic functions, including advanced features like turbo tests and parameter programming.
The software includes different tools:
- DDDL v8.xx – For engines from 2007 and newer (DDEC VI and newer).
- DDDL v6.xx – For engines from 2006 and older.
- DDEC Reports – For all Detroit engines, allowing trip and lifetime usage reports.
- Backdoor Password Generator (2 versions)
DDDL v8.xx is compatible with the following engine types:
- EPA 2007: Series 60, MBE900, MBE4000, DD13, DD15
- EPA 2010: DD13, DD15
- GHG14: DD13, DD15, DD16
- GHG17: DD13, DD15, DD16
Note: This software does not include Device programming or official calibration updates, as those require the original licensed version with online access and tokens.
The troubleshooting module expires after 365 days. When that happens, the main software will still function (you can read and clear codes, force regenerations, etc.), but guided diagnostic features will no longer be available.
To renew it, you must replace the C:\ProgramData\TechLit folder with updated files.
If you don’t have them or it doesn’t work, the only option is to upgrade to a newer version of DDDL.
A repair service is available for an additional cost after one year, in case the troubleshooting module stops working.
