The Basketball Barn

A weathered red barn, a vintage basketball hoop and a ball resting in the

last sunlight of the day- a simple rural scene with memories of games

played until sunset.

The timber backboard and metal chain net stand against aged wooden

boards, while a sky of orange, pink and deep purple stretches above the

surrounding fields. Warm evening light falls across the basketball and

gravel, bringing depth and rich colour to the scene.

Created in a detailed photographic style, this digital artwork combines

rustic country character with a love of basketball and the nostalgia of an

outdoor game.
