A whimsical world. a seaside village of quirky houses which are made of seashells, looking across at a harbour of whimsical boats riding on waves which reach up to the clouds. There is a hot air balloon in the sky. There is a pink lighthouse Fish leap high out of the water, & there are starfish. a bright sun, a rainbow & seagulls.
