Gauge: 20 stitches and 24 rows = 10 cm in Stockinette in the round

This vest is started at the shoulders and then front and back are worked flat in ribbed stripes. After striped sections are done they are joined in the round and knitted (stranded) colorwork entails. The vest fits fairly snuggly over the bust and is loose-fit over tummy and hips.

The design intention is to use up small amounts of left-overs for the stripes and then larger yarn quantities are needed for the body colorwork. Yarn is superwash worsted/DK. You will get the best result with similar weight yarn scraps. There is no exact instructions for the number of rows or colors for each stripe, you will have to combine colors and stripe widths yourself. Stitch count and total row count is however always given.
