When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.

- Online Scheduling: All coaching sessions must be booked through our online platform to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Advance Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to allow for preparation and confirmation.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with session details after completing your booking.

- Payment Upon Booking: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and direct bank transfers.

- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a rescheduling fee.
- Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, the session fee will be forfeited.

- If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients' bookings.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show.

- Any resources, notes, or recordings from the session are for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

- We require mutual respect during sessions. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

- Ensure a stable internet connection, a quiet environment, and a functioning webcam and microphone for virtual sessions.
- We recommend testing your setup prior to the session to avoid disruptions.
