🔩 SEGMENTED THREADING TECHNOLOGY


Instead of relying entirely on repeated full-length roughing passes, the cycle manages the thread using a controlled segmented machining strategy.

The programmed thread length is automatically divided into calculated machining sections.

Each section is machined according to the programmed thread dimensions and cutting parameters before the cycle progresses through the remaining thread length.

The complete thread is then brought together through the finishing sequence.

This makes the cycle particularly valuable for applications where conventional long continuous threading can become difficult because of:
