🔄 PARAMETRIC BOLT HOLE CIRCLE STRATEGY

The cycle automatically calculates every threaded-hole location from the entered bolt hole circle diameter, number of holes and starting angle.

Each hole is positioned mathematically around the complete 360° bolt pattern.

The cycle moves to the first calculated hole position, performs the complete thread-milling operation, retracts and automatically indexes to the next hole.

This process continues until every threaded hole around the BHC is complete.

🌀 AUTOMATIC HELICAL THREAD MILLING

Each threaded hole is machined using synchronized circular X/Y interpolation with controlled Z-axis progression.

The programmed pitch determines the vertical movement of the helical path.

The cutter enters through the pre-machined hole, moves to the calculated thread-milling position and machines upward through the programmed thread depth.

The complete helical thread path is generated automatically from the entered thread data.

🔵 SMOOTH HELICAL LEAD-IN AND LEAD-OUT

The cycle uses calculated lead-in and lead-out movements to provide smooth cutter engagement with the thread profile.

The tool transitions progressively from the hole-center area into the thread-milling path before beginning the main helical cut.

At the top of the thread, the cycle performs the calculated exit movement before returning safely toward the hole center.

Smooth engagement. Controlled helical cutting. Smooth exit.

This reduces sudden cutter engagement and avoids simply feeding directly into the finished thread wall.

📐 AUTOMATIC THREAD-PATH CALCULATION

The programmer does not need to manually calculate the cutter-center radius for each thread size.

The cycle automatically determines the required thread-milling path from the entered:
