PROGRAM LENGTHS

Foundation: 8 weeks. Development: 12 weeks. Mastery: 36 weeks.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Weekly coach lessons, demonstration and execution instructions, teaching and correction cues, controlled practice, decision work, live application, and assessment criteria. Each program has its own internal progression. Other programs are not required purchases. You receive only the PDF manuals included in your selected option.

BUNDLE CONTENTS

A Complete Bundle includes all three program lengths for one ability level (3 PDFs). An All Levels tier bundle includes that program length at all five ability levels (5 PDFs). The All Levels Complete Bundle includes all three lengths at all five levels (15 PDFs). All bundles on this page cover Special Situation only.

DIGITAL DELIVERY

Downloadable PDF manuals in English. No physical book, equipment, video course, or live coaching is included.

USE AND LICENSE

Licensed to one trainer for live individual or group instruction. Included scoring or record forms may be reproduced for athletes currently in that trainer’s program. The manuals and lesson pages may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Multiple-trainer or facility use requires a separate license.
