Free Thanksgiving Contest Toolkit (Rules, Scorecards, Ballots, Certificates, Bingo and Excel Scoreboard)

Most contests fail on fairness, not on the idea. This toolkit gives you the rules, the paperwork and the scoring to run a Thanksgiving contest people want to enter again.

Inside:

• A 20-page PDF (US Letter and A4): 8 rules for a fair contest, a contest planner, a rules template, entry forms, number cards, ballots, judge scorecards (food and decorating), 16 award certificates, a Gratitude Streak tally sheet, two Kindness Bingo cards, Guess the Jar slips, 15 Name That Dish clue cards with answers, free-entry draw tickets, a prize guide and a three-week calendar.
• An Excel scoreboard: enter judges' scores, see averages, ranks within each category and winners, plus a Gratitude Streak leaderboard. Includes an example sheet with the expected result.
• Word templates: announcement, reminder, judge brief, results post, winner note, thank-you to every entrant and a draft set of customer giveaway rules.

Free for use with your own team. Do not resell or post the files online. General guidance, not HR, tax or legal advice.
