I’m someone who has done a lot of my own inner work, not from a place of having all the answers, but from genuinely wanting to understand myself on a deeper level.
Over time, I started to see how patterns, emotional reactions, and certain struggles weren’t random, but connected to my experiences, my nervous system, and how I learned to feel safe in the world.
The work I do is grounded in self-awareness, nervous system understanding, and practical tools that help you make sense of what you’re feeling, without judgment or pressure to “fix” yourself.
I don’t believe in forcing change. I believe in understanding first, because when you understand yourself, change happens more naturally and sustainably.

This is a 1-hour focused session where we explore what the nervous system is, help you understand how to work with your mind & body to live a well-balanced life, with ease and relaxation
We’ll gently identify patterns, triggers, and emotional responses, and I’ll guide you through simple ways to understand and support yourself moving forward.
