1. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE THESE TEXTURES OUTSIDE OF IMVU IN OTHER PLATFORMS!

2. You are NOT allowed to claim the textures as your own work or resell them. Do NOT share nor give them away. They are NOT Freebies. 

3. One account user ONLY. You may use them on an alt Account ONLY if you purchased the file more than once at full value.

4a. You can recolor/modify the textures your purchased. You may crop and join some textures to suit the mesh linked better, but please do NOT resell your alteration or use on a different mesh that is not provided in the NOTES of the file folder you receive. Again, you may NOT sale your edited version, it is still my file.

4b. If you want to upload to your own mesh, contact me to pay an extra permission fee for that file only.

4c. Fee varies depending on what you will be buying and each fee is per file, NOT on everything you buy.

5. Please derive from the links provided in the folders and remember to rate the files properly in your shop!

6a. You are NOT allowed to leave room-furniture-clothing you created with my textures open as derivable! If you do, I'll report you to DMCA! No excuses!

6b. If you paid the extra fee to derive from a different mesh, you STILL have to repurchase as you may NOT derive from yourself with an alt, even if it is NOT my mesh, I will find out.

7a. Breaking any rule above will get you a DMCA and any other catalog in question, if applicable.

7b. All textures are DMCA protected, do NOT use on a mesh that was not provided by me, if you do, I will also file a DMCA report against you unless you paid the extra permission fee within 24 hours of this purchase! No exceptions!
