HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase the service and download your Start Here guide and questionnaire.
2. Complete the questionnaire and email it to shopeasydoc@gmail.com with your order number. Attach your existing resume if you have one and include a target job posting or description of the role you want.
3. Receive your first draft by email and review it carefully.
4. Email your requested changes, with one complete list for each revision round.
5. Approve your resume and receive your final Word and PDF files.

No existing resume? That’s okay! Your completed questionnaire gives us the information needed to get started.

TURNAROUND TIME

Your first draft will be emailed within five business days after we receive your completed questionnaire and all required information. Missing information may delay the start of this timeframe.

Two revision rounds are included. Both rounds must be requested within seven calendar days of receiving your first draft. Each revision round will be returned within two business days after we receive your complete list of changes.

Your final Word and PDF files will be emailed within one business day after your approval.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
