A Google account is required for an editable Google Sheets copy. The Excel and Google Sheets versions do not synchronise. Preview images show fictional DEMO data; READY is blank.

The example 25% reserve is editable and is not an HMRC rate or a recommended percentage. The Dashboard uses UK tax-year dates; Monthly Summary uses calendar months. Tested in Microsoft Excel 16.0 desktop on Windows and native Google Sheets. Other spreadsheet applications and mobile compatibility are not claimed.
