The Four Soils

By Kimani Upshur, M.Ed.

A farmer goes out to sow — and the seeds land in four very different places. This children's retelling of Jesus' parable follows the seeds on the path, the rocks, the thorns, and the good soil, ending with the invitation: ears to hear. Each short chapter ends with a simple Do or Pray activity, helping kids ask what kind of soil their heart is.
