WELCOME TO SPEED CHAMPS PRO (12–16)
You’re no longer just training to stay active.

Speed Champs Pro is built for athletes ready to move with intent, precision, and confidence. This programme develops real speed, sharper movement, and the ability to dominate physically in any sport.
Over the next six weeks, you will refine your mechanics, improve reaction speed, and build explosive movement that transfers directly to football, rugby, basketball, athletics, and more.
This is where raw potential becomes controlled performance.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Duration → 6 Weeks
Frequency → 2 Sessions Per Week
Surface → Grass or Track
Equipment → Cones, Hurdles, Bands (Optional)
PHASE BREAKDOWN
Weeks 1–2 → Movement Foundation & Control
Build the base. Focus on posture, coordination, foot placement, and efficient movement patterns. Every rep is about control and precision.
Weeks 3–4 → Speed Development & Change of Direction
Increase intensity. Develop acceleration, sharper cuts, and the ability to move fast while staying in control under pressure.
Weeks 5–6 → Max Speed & Performance Conditioning
Perform at speed. Combine explosiveness, endurance, and reaction into game-like movements that translate directly to competition.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Each session is structured for performance:
- Dynamic Warm-Up → Activate, mobilise, prepare
- Speed & Agility Drills → Acceleration, deceleration, change of direction
- Power & Strength Work → Explosive movements for athletic development
- Conditioning Blocks → Build resilience and repeat performance
- Cool Down → Recovery and injury prevention
Sessions last 40–50 minutes and are designed to push athletes without wasting time.
