Navigating New York City’s housing system can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I help New Yorkers understand the housing process, prepare successful applications, organize required documentation, and learn how to maintain their housing once approved.

Whether you’re applying for affordable housing, navigating the NYC Housing Lottery, or looking for guidance on retaining your current unit, my goal is to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to navigate the system successfully.
