This simmer pot kit is not made to sit on a shelf or look pretty in a jar. It’s meant for the stove, where warmth does the work. The contents are simple and honest. Dried fruit, herbs, and spices I would use in my own cabin. Nothing synthetic. Nothing rushed.

Add the contents to a small pot of water and let it warm.

The citrus speaks first, bright but gentle.

Then the spices follow, deeper and steadier.

The scent doesn’t rush the room. It settles into it, the way it should, little by little.

Use it when the house feels too quiet.

Each kit is assembled by hand in small batches. Instructions are included, though most find they don’t need them. You’ll know when it’s ready.
