Religion cannot stand spirituality

While many people view religion and spirituality as interchangeable concepts, religion is often more concerned with external rituals and dogma than with genuine spiritual experience.

One of the key issues with religion is that it tends to be focused on rules and regulations rather than individual experience. Many religious institutions have lost sight of the true purpose of spirituality, which is to connect with a higher power and cultivate a sense of inner peace and fulfillment. Instead, they have become preoccupied with enforcing rigid codes of behavior and doctrine, which can create a sense of division and judgment among their followers.
