Meaning behind our work

The e-learning course gathers information on the topic, including desktop and literature reviews, good practices, theory, meaning and importance of growth mindset for socially excluded young people and approaches for youth workers that want to learn about growth mindset and use it for young people they work with, especially for socially excluded ones.

Purpose

This course can help raise awareness about the importance of the growth mindset approach among socially excluded young people, support youth workers in using new digital tools, and provide on-hand information everywhere and anytime for quick interventions.
