The Pretty Basic Ruffle Raglan says it all in its name: it's a basic top-down raglan construction finished off with ruffles along the raglan seams. Knit in a fingering weight yarn, this lightweight top sits just about high-hip level and is a lovely addition to your warm weather wardrobe.
