FINAL UK ROCKIT POSING WORKSHOP of 2026!

If you are a current client of Rockit Posing that wants to meet your teammates, or you have never posed with Marnie before and want to learn and meet her, this event is perfect for you. This event is open to all.

• Beginners are welcome, but a basic knowledge at least of front and back pose of chosen division is required (see more info below if you are unsure)
• Intermediate / advanced athletes welcome
• Bikini and fit model divisions are both covered at this event

IMPORTANT:

We will be covering primarily; mandatory pose tweaks, stamina work, comparison rounds and the front/back stage walk. If you are a complete beginner, be advised that a 1-1 class or posing assessment will be required prior with Marnie (either in person or online) for better understanding and fluidity with others at the workshop

• Get ahead of your competition with individualised in-person tweaks
• Learn some of Marnie's best tips and tricks to improve your placings
• Mock comparison rounds and example show day layout to practice with other ladies
• Network with other competitors ahead of your show
• Learn from an IFBB Bikini Pro with 9 years of experience
• Ask Marnie any questions you may have about posing, competing and more!

The fee includes your admission to the posing workshop only, non members of Ultraflex Gym Durham will be responsible for purchasing a day pass at the gym upon arrival. This will grant use of the facilities!

• You will be emailed the week of the workshop to confirm your attendance
• There are no refunds once purchases have been made
• Transfer of tickets is only permitted with Marnie's discretion, provided the event is fully sold out
• Please ensure you bring posing heels to the event as these will not be provided on the day
• You are able to wear posing bikinis, sports bras, shorts or leggings (this is down to personal preference)
