Audition History Index and Chart
The Audition History Index & Chart
How many professional auditions have you taken — and how much do you actually remember about each one?
The Audition History Index & Chart was created to help musicians keep a detailed record of their professional audition journey. Auditions involve much more than simply showing up and playing. There are applications, travel arrangements, hotels, candidate numbers, multiple rounds, results, feedback, and plenty of thoughts afterward that can easily be forgotten.
This 3-page printable PDF gives you one place to keep all of that information organized.

WHY I MADE IT
After enough auditions, the details begin to blend together.
Which audition did you feel your best at? How far did you advance? What did you learn? What would you have done differently? What candidate number did you have? Where did you stay?
Instead of allowing each audition to become an isolated experience, this chart gives you a way to document it, learn from it, and eventually look back at your progress over an entire career.
Print additional copies of the Audition History Chart whenever you need them and continue building your own audition history.
