If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your True Coaching coaching account within 24 hours (will be emailed a link) and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! Monthly Plans are billed atomically monthly, where yearly plans is a 1 time fee for the entire year.


What kind of results should I expect?

Addressing limitations and nutrition is a person-by-person journey. If the client complies with the coaching, expect to see massive improvements in mobility, range of motion, stability, behavioral habits, mental state around fitness, movement technique, strength out-put, muscle building and fat loss - due to a dramatically improved gut and metabolic rate.
