Mini Caramel Cream Bundt Cakes Recipe

This caramel cream cake is like none other! The cake is light and moist; the icing is smooth, buttery and just sweet enough. The caramel cream candies we ate as a kid was my inspiration and I think I nailed it!

This cake can also be made into a whole cake instead of mini bundt cakes. Enjoy!
