FORMAT & SIZE

All printable pages are US Letter size (8.5 × 11 inches), portrait, with bold black lettering on white. The signs have no business logo and are not editable. QR-code payment templates are not included.

HOW TO PRINT

Download and unzip the folder, then open your chosen PDF. Select US Letter paper, portrait orientation, and “Actual Size” or “100%.” Turn off “Fit,” “Shrink,” and multiple-pages-per-sheet settings.

Print single-sided on white paper or printer-compatible cardstock. Check the print preview and print one test page first. You can also use a local print shop.

For the bonus SOLD sheet, print at 100% and cut along the dotted lines. Each finished sign measures 4.25 × 5.5 inches.

PERMITTED USE

Print and reuse these signs for your own personal estate sales or business. Do not resell, share, redistribute, or give away the digital files.

Display only the payment sign matching the methods you accept. WATCH YOUR STEP is a safety reminder and does not guarantee protection from liability.
